Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Check outgoing vehicle quality w.r.t. customer point of view, quality concerns & configuration.
Follow organizational guidelines while conducting audits ( G NOVA C , CAPA & DCP audit). Escalate chronic concerns in management forums.
Identify defect(s) & update plant quality reviews for corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor PDI trend & co ordinate for PDI failed parts analysis & CAPA from concerned stake holders
To reduce warranty related cost through early identification of concerns in process /product audits & concern resolution
Ensure compliance with quality systems.
Prepare and publish Monthly/Daily MIS reports
Reduce the product and process concerns to improve on time delivery through process audits
To co-ordinate & monitor APEX QCRT
