About this Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven PMO Specialist to support the Data & Analytics function. This role involves managing PMO services for key accounts, automating processes, supporting budget operations, and ensuring compliance. The individual will act as a central enabler for cross-functional teams, facilitating onboarding, training, and capacity planning while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
What you will do

  • Manage and enhance PMO services across accounts, including automation and process improvements.
  • Oversee operations and programme budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Facilitate onboarding, mandatory training, and team communications.
  • Support capacity planning and maintain team-level data.
  • Act as a liaison for resolving general work issues and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver reports for leadership and project governance.
  • Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure programme alignment.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile and Safe Agile methodologies.
Who you are
  • Strong PMO knowledge with 1 to 8 years of experience in project and programme management.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, communication, and coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial management.
  • Experienced in Agile environments and familiar with Scrum practices (Scrum Master certification is a plus).
  • Knowledge of telecom domain and experience working with cross-functional teams including Finance, HR, and Sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage compliance, audits, and governance structures
