Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Analysis of formability simulation and action plans.


2. BIW Sheet metal A"Part Process and Total QualityA" planning.


3. 2D/3D Die Design Checking and approval.


4. Pattern and Casting Inspection.


5. Die development progress: Tracking and Monitoring with Dies suppliers.


6. Dies Try-outs and Troubleshooting.


7. Static and Dynamic check and approval for Dies Buy off and Panel Quality.


8. Home Line Try-outs and Dies Installation at stamping site.


9. BIW parts assembly related concerns resolution in stamping parts.




Skills:




1. Catia/UG Software, Auto CAD working knowledge.

2. Good Communication Skills (written and spoken)


3. Basic knowledge of die costing.


4. Good exposure in Try-out/Buyoff /Installation of Dies.


5. Knowledge of sheet metal part handling and storage.

Experience

Diploma A- 8-10 years , Degree :- 5-6 years

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

Diploma/ Degree ( Mechanical / Automobile/production) ,
