Description:

The Deputy Manager - P&C will play a pivotal role in driving a positive workplace culture, ensuring statutory compliance, and strengthening industrial relations. This position demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in managing workforce dynamics in a manufacturing setup.

Your Task:

Manage and maintain harmonious labour relations with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure timely resolution of grievances and disputes. Ensure 100% compliance with labour laws, factory regulations, and other statutory requirements. Maintain accurate documentation and timely submission of statutory reports. Design and implement strategies to build a sustainable Blue Collar to White Collar (BC to WC) talent pipeline.

Qualification:

Master's Degree in Human Resources (MBA-HR / MSW-HRM / MLM) 8-12 years of progressive experience in HR, preferably in the manufacturing sector Strong knowledge of labour laws, IR practices, and compliance frameworks Proficiency in English, Tamil, and Hindi (preferred) Willingness to travel as required
