To monitor the workflow.Prioritize the files base on the cut-off time provided by Ocean carriers and front office.Daily reporting to stakeholders with Inventory details.Proactive Communication with Eculine front offices regarding any concerns / issues faced by team members.To Co-ordinate front desk team about the daily processing files.To Co-ordinate with IT teams (both WNS & Client end) for resoultion of any technical issues.Publish all Weekly / monthly reports and prepare the presentations for weekly/Monthly review meetings
