Job Profile: Deputy Manager - Facility Management Operations (Hospital Housekeeping & Allied Services)



The Deputy Manager - Facility Management Operations will be responsible for managing hospital housekeeping and allied services in line with NABH standards, ensuring high levels of hygiene, infection control, patient safety, and service quality. The role includes day-to-day operational control, effective manpower planning and deployment, staff supervision and training, quality audits, coordination with hospital departments, and compliance with healthcare protocols and statutory requirements.

Eligibility & Experience:



Diploma in Hospital Housekeeping / Hotel Management / Hospitality / Healthcare Management or equivalent

3-7 years of experience

in hospital housekeeping or healthcare facility management or a similar field

Strong manpower management skills, including recruitment support, shift planning, attendance control, productivity monitoring, and grievance handling

Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in

NABH protocols

, infection control practices, documentation, and audit preparedness

Good communication, leadership, and team management skills with a focus on continuous quality improvement

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
