I. JOB DETAILS
Job Title
Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager (Out of Hospital) , Max@Home (division of Max healthcare institute ltd)
Reporting Supervisor
Lead- OOH Sales
II. JOB PURPOSE
Max Healthcare has amongst the largest concentrations of tertiary / quaternary care hospitals in Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Dehradun and Mumbai which provides us a very strong starting position to provide comprehensive home care solutions to our patients.
MHC's vision on home care is based on the fundamental premise of convenience in addition to the quality and comprehensiveness of services provided.
The role holder will be responsible for leading alliances with all Channels (Clinicians, Institutes, International Sales, B2B, B2C) for all Homecare services - which will include initial set-up, establishing the team, sales - Input (e.g. tie ups, engagements) and output(revenue) targets.
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities

  • Overall Sales of Out of hospital (other than Max healthcare hospitals) for MHC's home care business
  • Hunting and farming of Key accounts/clinicians/channels/Institutes for generating business
  • Effective participation in overall business set-up as a key member of the team
  • Provide analytics and ground understanding of market specific business models for streamlining and ensuring 100% quality service delivery within the timeline
  • Create sound brand image and build a strong direct customer base
  • Provide insights & oversights to OOH lead through market intelligence, monitoring & analysing market trends, developing metrics and periodically monitoring the performance
  • ROI led ownership of sales and marketing activities required to drive and expand organization's revenues
  • Implementation of strategies from Marketing end on need based
  • Ownership of targets for all defined service lines, including but not limited to:
  • Nursing
  • Assistance
  • Pathology
  • Physiotherapy
  • Equipment
  • Other new services
IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Measurable Deliverables
  • Drive and expand the sales network by generating leads through interaction with the Medical,
  • Corporate and other potential community (outside MHC or Non-MHC)
  • Responsible for overall sales targets and business profitability
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks in the region
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales executives
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results, revenue and expenses reports and realistic
  • forecasts) for the sales team
  • Regularly engage with clinicians (outside MHC or Non-MHC) & specialty team to generate new
  • leads
  • Forecast sales, develop "out of the box" sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer and clinician relationships by partnering with
  • them and understanding their needs
  • Prepare all MIS/ Analysis related to operations, employees & customers for the region
  • Accountability for timely registration and closure of complaints
  • Liaison with Spoke operations staff, nursing TL's, physio TL's& other care give brief the team
  • on specific requirements for each patient
  • Responsible for marketing and promotional activities in the region (ATL/BTL)
  • Provide inputs on Product and Pricing
V. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications
B.Sc. with MBA preferred
Experience
Min 5-6 years in Critical care/Oncology/Neurology/Pulmonology
Behavioural Skills

Technical Skills
Well verse with MS Office
