This role is part of Enterprise People Services India looking for a strong HR generalist to join the their team as part of our HR specialized Services operation. Reporting to the Senior Manager, People Services, India and this role will provide Onboarding expertise to ensure a smooth transition of new hire employees by preparing and validating documentation, conduct orientation's and provide support to help them integrate quickly and effectively into the company . The individual should also specialize in complex query and transactional support across a range of specialist HR services including Total Rewards, Learning & Development and Reporting with key focus on Onboarding. As part of the wider People Services organization, you'll be supporting managers, employees and HR colleagues across RTX Business units, so you'll need to be able to flex your style to meet the needs of this customer group.





A member of the People Services India Onboarding team that focuses on managing key onboarding initiatives, onboard individuals and groups based on needs of the company. Maintain and follow up on all requests including asset allocation, access and functionality for both employees and vendors. Working with key vendors on and offsite. Meet key BU functionality requirements, while driving operational improvements, customer satisfaction, sharing best practices, and recommending innovative solutions to business challenge.

Job responsibilities:



Coordinate and manage end to end new hire onboarding Prepare and distribute necessary documentation Conduct new hire orientation for new employees Assist with System set up and training Act as a point of contact for new hire and provide complex HR advisory and transactional support and be capable of navigating across all specialized Services Act as the first point of contact for Managers who require HR advice and guidance, ensuring that great customer service is always delivered and also ensure there is seamless integration of the new hire within the system Lead the Strategy meetings comprising of BU and key onboarding groups representatives e.g. Human Resources, External Vendors, Access Management Partner with BUs to create an standard of excellence that meets the goals of the Digital Workplace Strategy, owing all aspects of the process. Lead a delivery team and vendors providing end-user services including day one services if needed. Be a source of expertise on India HR policy, process and procedure Ensuring 100% legal compliance w.r.t Labor laws and statues. Formulate and implement the legal compliance management policies, procedures and standards Lead focus groups to understand BU requirement, offer innovative solutions, and ensure all employed vendors or and staff requirements are understood and met. Foster, develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, CoE's, vendors, and BU HR partners to expedite effective query resolution and ensure knowledge is kept up to date Monitor key SLA metrics and ensure service delivery meets or exceeds target Understand and be compliant with the corporate data protection and confidentiality policies. Strong HR generalist skills and relevant experience in a line HR role or COE Ability to carefully listen, probe and analyze data accompanied with sound judgment that meets organization and employee objectives Ability to assess risk (esp. legal exposure) in employee issues and gain appropriate support/action Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in teams within deadlines. Good understanding of local legal & regulatory requirements required for specialized services. Personable with strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business Practical and logical; able to solve problems quickly , Good leadership skills and excellent stake holder management Highly organized with strong administrative skills and Ability to operate independently on own initiative
Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience as HR Generalist or HR Shared services or in CoE Good presentation skills and have the capability to energize and motivate listeners Strong project management skills and able to demonstrate experience of managing complex HR projects through a complete project life-cycle Significant strategic HR Business Partnering experience, including managing complex business change Self-starter with a drive to make things happen at pace Strong emotional intelligence, listening, influencing and coaching skills Excellent team management and coaching skills
