we\'re sure you\'d love to be part of these!Job description:Visual storytelling has been a proven working mechanism in making the brand & consumer
relationship stronger. With strong visual narratives, we expect to grab our user\'s attention to convey our brand values, and our care towards users and thus enjoy that competitive edge over others. And, hence YOU...You should come with:An understanding of the latest communication trends and their role within a consumer
environment
High confidence on production software\'s like Adobe, Figma, etc.
Basic understanding about UX/UI
Basic understanding of product development life cycle from idea to post-production/go-liveA portfolio that demonstrates good understanding of elements that constitutes towards well-
balanced designs (typography, color, typeface selection, strokes, illustration styles, layout, hierarchy, balance, etc.)
High sense of ownership towards your deliverables
An eye towards accuracy and attention to detail
A portfolio that not only demonstrates idea execution but also idea generation & how you took
them forwardYou are expected to:Understand & follow the brand guidelines closely
Understand the users & their accepted styles of communication
Partner in the ideation process for different campaigns
Ensure that the brief and the ideation process translate into execution excellence
Ensure that all output is brand consistent and of high quality
Contribute towards improving the overall visual appeal of all brand assets
Work on consumer brands with strong digital narratives
Ability to switch context & be able to work with cross-functional teams
Ensure adherence to delivery timelines for all output
Understand stakeholder requirements & come up with visual story narratives to connect brand
& consumers
Coordinate with social media managers & team managers for monthly content ideas and
briefs
Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for multiple channels.
Have a scalable approach in your outputs (how same content can suit different channels)
Achieve targets that increase brand awareness and customer engagement
Present ideas to stakeholders as well as leadership
Do multi-task whenever needed & meet all established deadlines
Take complex data and present it in a clear, digestible way to users
