Role: Operations Deputy Manager / Manager

Key Responsibilities
1. Connect with clients to conduct demo meetings, understand their problems and provide them with relevant solutions.
2. Lead the customer support team to ensure users\' queries are taken care of in the appropriate manner.
3. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different teams to provide the right and timely resolution to client queries.
4. Lead and manage (assigning work, reviewing and providing feedback) a team of 4-6 members to effectively manage and improve day to day operations.
5. Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
6. Closely monitoring operational performance of the team and attend to all incidents and emergencies.
7. Provide strategic guidance and develop structure with team members for project success.
8. Facilitate hiring and training of new and existing full-time employees and interns.
Prior experience in client management or customer support team is a plus.
