Designation/Title Associate Senior Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Required Educational Qualifications Any Graduate Desired Experience 3-7 years Job Objective The objective of this role is to resolve key accounts queries related to the business portal, its features and services. Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. . Manage a portfolio of premium clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. . Act as the primary point of contact for premium clients, responding to inquiries and providing solutions to their needs. . Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute account plans to ensure great customer experience. . Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for optimization. . Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing any issues or concerns and escalating as necessary . Develop and deliver regular reports to clients on their usage and performance, highlighting key insights and opportunities for improvement . Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities of improvement. Required Skills . 3+ years of experience in client success or account management, preferably with premium clients . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence. . Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights. . Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve results. . Highly organized with strong attention to detail . Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. .
