WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?


  • Overseeing the development and implementation of country Pricing Performance strategies in alignment with Product overall strategy.
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of process to efficiently respond to midsize to complex, multi-regional, multi-modal customer Requests for Quote (RFQ) that are not managed by GTM to ensure to capture the Product strategy and key trade lanes.
  • Support Product Development and Product strategy with guidance and through the development of logical pricing processes and technology. Contribute to increase the hit ratio for new business through adapted pricing strategies.
  • Monitor country pricing activity to make sure guidelines are respected by stations pricing teams or champions.
  • Examining and implementing best practices to improve the pricing performance through analyzing customers, business developers and operations feedback through continuous service innovation.
  • Carrier Management / Capacity Management
  • Detail analysis on achieved cost for all the countries on out bound / inbound.
  • Manager MIS reporting and provide visibility to Senior Management.
  • Analyzing and reviewing results, feedback and related pricing data on an ongoing to as needed basis to determine trends, improve data provided and present results to internal stakeholders (GTM, Product Development); establish KPI's/ Performance Matrix and iterate pricing strategy if necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Graduate or Post graduate in any stream
  • Candidate should have minimum 10 years relevant experience
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • To be prepared to learn all aspects of team’s work with desire and ability to provide cover and assistance on a regular basis.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills• Decision making • Project Management • Numerical skills.
  • High degree of organizational & administrative skills and ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision.
  • Good team player.
  • Keen sense of responsibility, solid professional standards, excellent track record of dependability.
  • Being strategic • Good product knowledge • Honesty and integrity.
  • Ability to work in high paced, challenging environment
  • Must have the ability to multitask and manage details of different processes efficiently
  • Proactive, Focused & dedicated with exceptional analytical skills
