Job Purpose: The Cluster Manager - Automation is responsible for overseeing the automation processes within the cluster, ensuring optimal performance and stability of operations. This role involves strategic planning for equipment availability, fostering a culture of safety and sustainability, and developing high-performing teams to enhance overall productivity. By implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement, the Cluster Manager contributes to the success and efficiency of the automation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Stabilization of MSEL Module Line:

• Implement SQPDCME improvement projects and ensure that all machines have updated backups to enhance operational stability.

Availability of Equipment for Production:

• Measure the percentage of equipment availability and resolve customer issues, including addressing breakdowns caused by spare shortages.

Organization Development & Sustainability:

• Conduct and maintain 5S practices in the assigned area while adhering to safety inspections and implementing LOTO processes.

Team Building:

• Measure capability enhancement through DET safety training and toolbox talks (TBT) to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Educational Qualification:

• B.Tech Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical
• Desired Qualification : BE/B.Tech

Work Experience (Range of years):

• Min 8- 12 years of Extensive experience overseeing automation systems with a focus on leadership in automation projects.

Certification:

Skills Required
