Conduct (OJT and OJA) for plant construction/contractors' staff about Quality Requirements, as required.
1st level of Grievance handling of vendor staff and providing solutions if any
Operational Process
1.
Follow the following QA procedure.
a) Quality Policy
b) Field Quality Plan
c) RFI Received to Inspection and Disposition Procedure
d) Method Statements
e) Non-conforming Work Management procedure
2.
Perform work activities as per above mentioned procedures. An overview of the activities are as given
below:
a) Attend Quality sunrise and sunset planning, review, and issue resolution meetings.
b) Plan the day's work as per 'A Day in the Life of Quality Engineer' document.
c) Attend Vendor kick-off and induction meetings to explain and ensure the correct
understanding of the Avaada QA Requirements
d) Attend to RFI and its disposition on time as per the Quality Checklist.
e) Timely inform any major site quality-related issues including NCRs to the Construction Engineer/Supervisor, the Contractor's staff, and the Quality Lead.
f) Investigate and analyze the root causes of quality issues and make corrective and preventive actions recommendations to the Quality Lead
g) Assist the QA lead in the preparation and release of daily and weekly site QA reports.
h) Adhere to Avaada Safety Requirements and "VALUE SYSTEM"
WORK EXPERIENCE
:
Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in plant QA and Construction activities, especially for
Solar or wind projects
QUALIFICATION & CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
:
Quality Technician: ITI
Quality Engineer: Diploma/BE /B.Tech (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical), QA Practices, and preferably ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and 6 Sigma Green Belt Certification
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM:
Technical knowledge of Solar power project.
Logical, Pro-active approach and be practical, solution oriented, hand holding approach.
Managing & communication proficiency in Hindi, Local and English languages as required
Able to understand assigned engineering drawings.
Well familiar about Quality lab instruments and other surveying methods
Knowledge of Material at site, like Cement brand, Aggregates, Soil, Cable, Invertor, Transformers,
Dimensions etc.
