Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage mechanical projects in the Thermal Projects sector, ensuring all milestones are met
• Develop project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources allocation
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Oversee the execution of projects, including procurement, construction, and commissioning phases
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges
• Provide technical guidance and support to project team members
• Prepare regular project status reports and communicate project updates to senior management
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards throughout project lifecycle
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and quality

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Project Management (preferred)
