Responsibilities:
Monitoring and recording equipment foundation status.
Monitoring and recording equipment procurement and delivery Status
Preparation of erection scheme and execution of equipment works
Ensuring all areas before execution such as transportation aid, availability of crane and manpower,ground preparation etc.
Handing over of equipment after clearance to client.
Document drawing and dispatch schedule control
Vendor representative co-ordination for mechanical works.
Study of package MDB and catalogue.
Erection scheme preparation, Lifting & Resource Planning
Erection and inspection of works.
Compliance with respect to safety and quality norms
Preparation of montly plan,look ahead for equipment erection.
Maintain MIS for Management reporting.
Qualifications:
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related area, with a master's degree preferred.
Experiences:? Minimum experience: 7-12 years in similar industry.
Experience of handling equipment erection and alignment
Experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders (Internal and External) and conducting negotiations with large-scale. high-value vendors
