Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all site activities related to

mechanical erection, fabrication, and commissioning

of equipment and piping systems. Executing of Large industrial projects which involves, Heavy Fabrication at the site that includes Silos, Ducting, Cyclones , Support structure. Equipment unloading, Erection & commissioning activities. Utility services such as Energy Plant, Cooling Tower , Compressor , Chiller , Pumps , Fire Fighting System and Process piping, mechanical power transmission and other heavy equipment's. Plan and manage resources, materials, and manpower to ensure timely project execution. Interpret technical drawings and specifications and ensure work is carried out as per the design. Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality teams for smooth site operations. Ensure adherence to

safety, quality, and compliance

standards during site activities. Monitor and report daily progress, resolve technical issues, and escalate critical bottlenecks to management. Lead contractor teams and third-party vendors to achieve project milestones. Conduct pre-commissioning and commissioning checks, including hydro testing, alignment, and performance testing of mechanical systems. Maintain project documentation, including inspection reports, quality checklists, and handover protocols.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Incase of Diploma experience should be 8+ years of experience will be considered. 6-10 years of relevant experience in erection, fabrication, and commissioning, preferably in sectors like, MDF, Wood Panel, Continuous Process Industry. Hands-on experience in handling site execution and contractor management Sound knowledge of mechanical drawings, codes, and standards (ASME, IS, etc.) Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
