• Publishing monthly Performance management dashboards containing financial and operational metrics for various Business units
• Collection of source reports, performing analysis and consolidation for consumption by key stakeholders
• Coordinating with various stakeholders including Product heads, Processing heads, Finance heads and IT team. Developing good understanding of the business of various Business units
• Steering Monthly reviews, taking minutes and following up for resolution of open points identified
• Active participate in automation and process improvement initiatives for enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of the activities

Profile Description

• Financial Analysis
• MIS Reporting and Variance Analysis,
• Excellent written and oral Communication Skills
• Attention to detail and Self starter
• Advanced Excel and Presentation skills
• CA/CWA/MBA Finance - 3-5 Years of experience
