Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven
Deputy Manager - Marketing
to lead innovative marketing initiatives for a leading retail mall. The role involves planning and executing integrated campaigns, driving digital engagement, managing events, and enhancing footfall through strategic brand visibility programs. The ideal candidate is a multitasker with hands-on experience in digital marketing, influencer engagement, and in-mall activations.
Develop and execute 360 marketing campaigns to promote in-mall brands and retailers.
Create quarterly and annual marketing calendars aligned with business goals.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure high ROI on marketing spends.
2. Digital & Social Media Marketing
Drive online brand presence via engaging content, promotions, and contests.
Collaborate with influencers and bloggers to boost digital outreach.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
3. Event Planning & Activations
Conceptualize and manage in-mall events, festive promotions, brand launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Implement ATL and BTL marketing initiatives for brand engagement.
Partner with operations and leasing teams to drive footfall and customer experience.
4. Vendor & Retailer Collaboration
Coordinate with external agencies, creative vendors, and event partners for smooth execution.
Build strong relationships with retailers for joint marketing initiatives and promotions.
5. Reporting & Analytics
Maintain marketing MIS, campaign trackers, and post-activity analysis reports.
Use insights and feedback to enhance campaign effectiveness.
6. Innovation & Market Intelligence
Monitor marketing trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior.
Recommend innovative and data-driven marketing solutions tailored to the mall ecosystem.
Key Skills & Competencies
Proven ability to manage digital marketing, influencer collaborations, and event execution.
Strong leadership, planning, and multitasking capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Creative thinking with an eye for detail and a customer-first approach.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related field.
