We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Marketing Deputy Manager / Joint Manager
to drive sales and market development for our
LABSA (Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulphonic Acid)
products. The candidate will be responsible for business growth, customer acquisition, market expansion, and relationship management with detergent manufacturers, traders, and chemical distributors.
2. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new customers for LABSA in detergent, cleaning chemicals, and industrial sectors.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare and implement strategic sales plans for expanding market share.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with existing clients and ensure timely order closures.
Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Resolve customer issues related to product quality, delivery, and payment.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts.
Gather and analyse customer feedback to support product improvement and planning.
Marketing & Promotion
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
Develop marketing materials, presentations, and product awareness content.
Identify new distribution channels and strategic partnerships.
Commercial & Operational Coordination
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for timely dispatch & collections.
Ensure adherence to commercial terms, documentation, and company policies.
Track receivables and support the accounts team for timely payment collection.
3. Required Qualifications & Skills
Education
B.Sc (Agri) / B.Sc /M.Sc Chemistry, B.Tech Chemical Engineering, or MBA (Marketing).
Male Candidates with a chemical industry background are preferred.
Age - Around 35 Years
Experience
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in LABSA, surfactants, or detergent raw materials.
Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of chemical market dynamics.
Ability to develop and manage long-term customer relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
Willingness to travel extensively.

5. Compensation
Salary: As per industry standards & based on the Experience and present CTC
