About The Department?
The (Indian) International Financial Services Centre/s (\xe2\x80\x9cIFSC\xe2\x80\x9d) is a Special Economic Zone (\xe2\x80\x9cSEZ\xe2\x80\x9d) for financial services (banking, capital market, insurance and other allied services) regulated by the (Indian) International Financial Services Centres Authority (\xe2\x80\x9cIFSCA\xe2\x80\x9d). HDFC Re intends to establish an IFSC Insurance Office (\xe2\x80\x9cIIO\xe2\x80\x9d), a branch in an unincorporated form at GIFT City, IFSC, India. Through this branch, HDFC Re will be able to distribute non-INR denomination insurance products to retail clients.The operations department in GIFT city will be entrusted to carry out the end-to-end processing of life insurance applications across the value chain of the product. All critical activities which are part of new business, policy servicing, claims and allied operational activities will be carried out by the operations department in GIFT city. In a way, this department will have a direct contribution to the organisation\'s aspiration of being the first truly international life insurance company and has an important responsibility towards ensuring top-notch servicing and support to the customers and other key stakeholders.
Purpose Of The Job :
Plan, execute and coordinate marketing calendar and program for the Retail Business Unit targeting direct customers. Help the sales team assess demand for products and services offered, conduct market research, competitive benchmarking and customer feedbacks. Develop efficient and cost effective marketing strategies - both digital and traditional with the goal of maximizing the firm\'s profits or share of the market
