What will you do:

Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives by identifying non-quality factors and implementing preventive solutions Conduct thorough quality audits and analyze results to ensure compliance with established systems and methods Solve manufacturing quality issues through effective containment, correction, and prevention strategies Monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes to ensure they meet internal and regulatory quality standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and specify quality requirements for manufactured materials and components

Strong educational background in quality assurance, engineering, or related technical field Proven ability to analyze complex manufacturing processes and implement quality improvements Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory standards Effective communication skills to collaborate with various departments
