BE in Engineering

6-10 years of relevant experience

Key Skills

Technical:

New process management, industrialization, improvement, new set-up

Soft Skills:

Strong written/spoken English, proficiency in AutoCAD & MS Office, 3D Viewer software knowledge

Certifications:

IATF 16949, APQP & PPAP understanding; ISO 14000 / OHSAS 18001 awareness

Job

Responsible for process development, industrialization, and capacity improvement to support new product launches and existing process enhancements.

Principal Accountabilities

Establish manufacturing facilities & processes for new products (Assembly/Encapsulation)

Plan, prepare technical specs, review designs, and oversee facility installation & commissioning

Conduct feasibility studies during product design stage

Provide cost estimates for facilities and manpower for new programs

Drive automation projects for cost savings (quick changeover, conveyors, common fixtures)

Identify and collaborate with suppliers for SPM development

Support pilot runs and manage production until SOP + 3 months

Define work processes, conduct process studies, and improve cycle times

Ensure compliance with ISO/TS 16949 guidelines and submit PPAP documents

Handle SAP activities including BOM routing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?467,188.13 - ?2,100,000.00 per year
