Role is responsible for planning of new as well as optimization of already existing production facilities connected to power tools assembly line.

Planning of process and resources + Planning of processes and technologies
+ Creation of manufacturing concepts
+ Planning of material supply and disposal
+ Planning of integration of production in plant structure and layout planning
+ Planning of capacity,
+ Estimation of employee requirement
+ Value stream planning, BPS , integrated quality management
MAE procurement for new projects / capacity increase + Creation of specification
+ Selection of suppliers
+ Ordering of machines and processing
+ Preacceptance / Acceptance of MAE
+ Machine documentation
Responsibility for line + Creation of manufacturing documents
+ Cooperation in audits (internals, externals)
+ Planning of changes and variants (changes in tools, tests etc.)
+ Quality planning (PQP, FMEA etc.)
+ Budget planning und controlling of the economic plan.

Qualifications

B.E. / B.Tech (Industrial Engg/Mechanical / Mechatronics/ Electrical and Electronics) with 8 to 12 years of experience
