Role : Dy Manager \ Manager, HR (Talent Management & Development)
Qualification required : Full Time MBA (HR)
Experience : 10 to 12 years (flexible with experience if the candidate has strong profile like good experience or tier 1/2 college)

• Training & Development:
  
  • Complete lifecycle management of Soft skill, Technical, Compliance Trainings and Leadership Development programs.
  • Ensuring execution of Global Training Initiatives.
  • MIS & Reporting and Audit of T&D

• Reward & Recognition:
  
  • End to end Reward and Recognition Management
  • Shall be responsible for execution of the Local and Global

• Performance Management :
  
  • Driving Goal Setting and performance management as per timelines
  • Publish dashboards pertaining to PMS

• Employee Engagement
  
  • Devising Employee Experience Enhancement projects and ensuring execution in partnership with Business and HRBPs
  • Employee Engagement Survey, Pules Survey thereof Action planning and Execution of the action items in partnership with Business and HRBPs
  • Driving employee communication - Townhalls, Connect Sessions, Leadership Connect
  • Driving Fun at work activities including Sports, cultural Festive and events etc.
