• Key Result Areas for the Incumbent

• 
  Coordinating and monitoring with the PR agencies on a regular basis
• Preparing effective communication for the media, stakeholders, regulatory bodies, customers, employees and general public
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual PR plans with the PR agency and ensuring smooth execution
• Preparing detailed media reports, press releases, and marketing materials
• Developing monthly PR campaign plans for ensuring continuous media coverage
• Creating social media and digital media plans for digital PR
• Handling Crises Management during crises situations through effective media communication, preparation of holding statements and press releases
• Developing content for all in-house publications such as Coffee Table Book, Corporate Brochures, Testimonial Books, CSR Brochures, etc.
• Attending important meetings, preparing strategy and ensuring smooth implementation of the corporate strategies, policies and plans
• Provide customers with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns
