Job Description

The Deputy Manager - Mechanical Maintenance should manage the plant maintenance, Equipment's and Utilities. He should have sound technical knowledge and functional skills in Press shop, Heat treatment, finishing and assembly operations; He should be able to drive his team members to improve the overall performance of the function.Maintenance Knowledge of SPM - assembly machines, press shop, Heat treatment furnaces and trouble-shooting knowledge of other process areas such as machining and grinding. Ability to Design hydraulic and Pneumatic circuits and expertise in troubleshooting with Basic PLCs Knowledge. Should be able to Manage and achieve Breakdown Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance requirements as per target / plan with measures like MTTR/MTBF. Spares planning and always ensuring availability of spares. Risk assessment of equipment and the process. Documentation of maintenance procedures, work instruction and periodical review of the same. Basic Knowledge on Electrical Equipment
