JOB ROLE*
? Prepare contractual agreements using current research methods and a knowledge of a client's needs and
ability to fulfill its requirements.
? Collaborate with a legal team consisting of lawyers, paralegals, and office staff.
? Ensure that the terms of contractual agreements written in language that is legally binding and in accordance
with the desires of the client.
? Assist clients to fulfill the terms of or to terminate contracts on mutually amicable terms.
? Clearly explain contract terminology to clients and other interested parties in simple, everyday language.
? Self-monitor progress according to the schedule of completion to submit drafts and documents in a timely
manner.
? Proofread, edit, and fact-check legal documents for accuracy and consistency, according to a style guide if
provided by the client.
? Knowledge of current and legally binding contractual language and terminology.
? Willingness to work virtually or in an office setting.
? Ability to identify, analyze, and suggest solutions for problems, customer complaints, and client concerns.
? End to end contract lifecycle management.
? Reviewing, redlining & vetting different types of agreements.
? Drafting different types of agreements.
? Liaison with clients on various types of requests from internal team.
? Following up with the client for immigration letters, SOWs, and other requests.
? Drafting and sending different types of notices.
? Advising internal teams on various legal issues and compliance with respect to a contract.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
? Flexible attitude to work on different legal matters as assigned by the company.
? Following up with various government departments to get necessary information, forms, process,
notifications, GO etc. as needed Handling Back Office and Mid Office daily reporting and valuation and
accounting Handling Statutory Auditors requirement for quarterly reporting and year end reporting
Automation of Back Office and Mid office related work Treasury System Enhancement and testing
? Timely reporting of Quarterly/Half Yearly and Year end activities to concerned departments Submission of
returns on RBI XBRL portal.
MANDATORY SKILLS REQUIRED*
? Must be fluent in reading/writing/speaking in English, Hindi and local languages.
? LLB with 2+ year of experience in legal vetting contract.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
