About the Role:

We are seeking a Licensing (Legal) professional to manage statutory licenses and approvals

for McDonald's restaurants across North & East India. The role ensures full compliance

with regulatory requirements while supporting our rapid expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Must have experience in lease agreements, commercial contracts, real estate due diligence, & risk analysis. Manage end-to-end licensing for new stores, remodels & renewals Secure and track statutory approvals (FSSAI, Fire, Trade License, Pollution, etc.) Liaise with government authorities to ensure timely compliance Work closely with Real Estate, Construction, Operations & external partners for seamless store openings Maintain documentation, audits & compliance dashboards Provide legal guidance on regulatory changes impacting operations

Requirements:

LLB required; experience in F&B/QSR/retail licensing preferred Strong government liaisoning and stakeholder management skills Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multi-state compliance timelines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
