1- Design and deliver training programs including classroom ILTs and virtual sessions; create content using instructional design principles and authoring tools.
2-Plan and manage the training calendar, including mandatory regulatory, process, and policy trainings.
3- Administer the LMS, maintain training records, MIS, and dashboards.
Own induction and onboarding programs, including new joiner connects, follow-ups, 30-60-90 day reviews, and MT/intern learning journeys.
4- Support employee engagement initiatives, including health & wellness, women-focused programs, and learning-led engagement activities.
5-Measure training effectiveness and support performance improvement
6-Promote a continuous learning culture across the organization
Key Responsibilities:
1-5 to 8 Years of Training Management & Delivery (Content Creation and exposure to authoring tools, Conduct Classroom ILTs and , Virtual Training Sessions, Facilitation ).
2-Training Co-Ordination and Managing Training Calendar. (MRC, Process & Policy Training)
3-Exposure to LMS, Maintaining Training Reports & Dashboard.
4-Manage Induction & Onboarding Experience (New Joiner Connects, Follow-Ups, 30-60-90 Progress and MT & Intern journeys)
5-Exposure in Engagement Activities (Health & Wellness, Women Driven Initiatives, Employee Engagement).
