Job Description

Project Oversight

: Supervise repair and conversion projects for commercial or offshore vessels.

Team Leadership

: Manage and delegate tasks to supervisors, technicians, and contractors.

Scheduling & Coordination

: Ensure repairs align with dry-docking schedules and undocking timelines.

Quality Assurance

: Monitor work progress onboard and in workshops to meet client specifications and safety standards.

Client Communication

: Maintain regular updates with ship owners regarding repair status and modifications.

Documentation

: Ensure proper documentation of repair sequences, costs, and completion reports.

Training & Development

: Identify skill gaps and arrange training for team members.

Compliance

: Ensure repairs meet class, flag, and regulatory requirements.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
