Channel Partner Key Account Support
Inside Sales Team
This role reports to the Director and focuses on building strong channel relationships, increasing sales revenue, and leading high-performing teams.
Act as the primary contact for channel partners.
Coordinate order processing, documentation, and post-sales support.
Collaborate with internal teams to solve process issues.
Ensure partner satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships.
Inside Sales Team Management:
Lead a team handling leads from digital campaigns and marketing.
Improve lead nurturing and conversion through strategic follow-ups.
Drive repeat and new business opportunities.
Maintain and optimize CRM data and lead pipeline tracking.
Managerial & Strategic Focus:
Monitor and manage team performance (KPIs, targets).
Build a positive team culture with continuous learning.
Prepare daily, weekly, and quarterly performance reports.
Align team goals with overall business strategy and report to the Director.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferred in business, marketing, or engineering).
2-4 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales, Key Accounts, or Channel Partner handling.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets.
