Deputy Manager - Internal Financial Control (5+ years)
Location: Mumbai
Summary - This role requires expertise in internal finance control, risk control matrix (RCM), and validation testing, with a focus on ensuring compliance and mitigating financial risks.

Responsibilities - * Develop and maintain an effective internal finance control framework.
- Implement and manage the risk control matrix (RCM) to identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Conduct regular validation testing to assess the efficiency of internal controls.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to establish and monitor control validation processes.
- Provide strategic insights to senior management based on comprehensive financial risk assessments.
- 5+ years of experience in internal finance control, RCM, and validation testing within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
