Deputy Manager
Job Description
: Plan, organize and ensure security and maintenance material, machines, and all assets in the plant and township and ensure implementation of all process and initiatives related to security, fire, facility management etc. Ensure Liaison with Local Civil Police department, mamlatdars, Village Pradhans etc. Security of Plant & Township Oversee security of men, material, machines and assets in the plant, township. Liaison with law enforcement agencies for supporting the business activities Liaison Activities Liaison with Govt. Officials, Local Police, Local Administration, nearby villagers etc, to achieve harmonious relations at all locations. People Development and Management Ensure the development, guidance and motivation of subordinates so as to ensure superior performance and employee satisfaction thereby achieving departmental Support to ER/HR Teams Ensure the development, guidance and motivation of subordinates so as to ensure superior performance and employee satisfaction thereby achieving departmental objectives Admin Activities Managing Canteen and its vendors Managing Guest House and its vendors Managing Security and the safety of the plant and the colony Managing Transportation and upkeep of vehicles and vendors Qualifications: Bachelor in General Studies,02 degree,AdvDip in Management,Army Graduate Minimum Experience Level: 10-15 Years Report to: General Manager
