Key Responsibilities
To perform and monitoring of production related activities at Biocon site-3.
Role Summary
- Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, product specifications and Good manufacturing practices.
- Monitoring the process efficiencies.
- Data entry in Quality records.
- Overall coordination with other departments related to production activities.
- Costing and Budgeting for Production Department.
- Adherence to customer specification for labeling and dispatch.
- Plant and Machinery modifications or Improvements
- Achieving the production targets.
- Production, raw material planning with senior members of production and procurement of the raw materials from the Stores through the Material Requisition Slip.
- Initiation of corrective and preventive actions against non-conformance
Required Education Qualification: [[B. Sc]]
Required Experience: [[12]] - [[15]] years
