Role Summary
Program Manager For Global Biosimilar Development (Level 6 0r 7)
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Requiredo Shall be accountable for effective management and delivery of assigned simple/complex bio-similar development project(s)
o Prepare, publish and track integrated project plans in Microsoft projects and customized excels
o Proactively identify/manage issues and risks with appropriate communication & escalation
o Periodically (monthly / quarterly / as required) tracks the spend against approved budgets, with assistance from Finance
o Lead Weekly/Fortnightly project review with Cross Functional Team (CFT) - to bring all stakeholders on the same page, resolve conflicts/bottleneck, determining priorities
o Ensure project governance procedures are followed to facilitate project execution in line with the approved business plan
o Liase with legal, finance for third party service providers contract negotiation
o Take the oversight lead for PM operations-related activities needed on an ongoing basis for business continuity e.g. PR, PO, WBS budget transfer, necessary approvals etc., with assistance from PMs
o Aid in MIS report(s)/presentation(s)
Educational Qualifications
Required Education Qualification: Master of Science
Required Experience: 8 - 12 years
