Job Objective:

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Shift In charge (AM/DM) to set up, troubleshoot and carry out all maintenance activities. He will ensure the efficient running of Solar PV Module Plant machines. A great maintenance shift in charge should be reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards.

:

Responsible for managing overall maintenance activities of solar module manufacturing plant i.e. Troubleshooting & Maintenance of pre-lamination, Automation & Post -lamination machines. Knowledge of maintenance & troubleshooting of Multibusbar Stringer, Auto Lay-Up, Auto tapping, EL, Laminator, Framing, Conveyor line, HI Pot, Flashers, AutoModule Sorting. Knowledge in Maintenance & troubleshooting of VFDs, Servo Motors & Drives. Knowledge of various types of transducers (Pressure, Temperature & flow). Knowledge of various types of sensors (Contact & Non-Contact type) Maintenance & troubleshooting of Hydraulic &Pneumatic equipment. Knowledge & troubleshooting of Vacuum Pumps (Dry & Water-Cooled type) Knowledge of PM Module of SAP is desirable. Knowledge of Communication Protocol of PLCs, HMI, Servo Drives. Understanding of PLC Logics. Installation & commissioning of VFDs & Servo Drives is desirable. Ability to take independent decision about Opportunity Maintenance during shift is desirable. Knowledge of 5S, TPM, Kaizen, Poke Yoke & Six Sigma will be an added advantage.

Work Experience:

Proven hands-on experience of minimum 10 years' experience out of which at least 5 years in Solar PV Module manufacturing plant. Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery (Stringer, Auto bussing, Laminator & Framing, Sun Simulator etc.) and measurement tools (Vernier caliper, micrometer, multimeter, clamp meter, dial gauge, filler gauge etc.). Understanding of maintenance procedures, 5s and material handling. Knowledge of repairing of Electrical & Electronic & mechanical Spare Parts will be desirable.

Qualification & Certification Required:

Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechanical

Knowledge, Skills, & Technology Platform:

Adherence to health and safety regulations. Ability to read Hindi and English. Analytical skills. Willing to work in extended hours. Should be Punctual & disciplined and can maintain floor decorum. Attention to detail given by Superiors. Teamwork and communication skills. Eye vision level should be 6/6.

KRA and KPI:

1. Availability of equipment's of assigned areas:To reach 90 % availability within 45 days for 1GW Module Plant. Planning PM jobs within 30 Days for 1.2GW Module Plant Critical Spare Parts identification Implementation of BD & PM notifications in SAP


2. QMSImplementation of PM Jobs as per list (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) formats & complete the list after getting User manual from OEM. Training need identification for next level and intimation to HOD/Area Manager. Implementation of SOP, WI & History Card for Machines Imparting Internal Training for 40 Man Hours. NC closure within 15 days for Internal & External Audits.


3. In House repairing & IndigenizationIn-House repairing: 5 Lacs during 1year. Indigenization: 10 Lacs during 1 year.


4. Improvement projectsTo implement at least 1 Improvement projects for cost reduction & availability improvement (through Kaizens & TPM methodologies)


5. SafetyNear miss capturing, Unsafe act and unsafe condition identification & safety improvements.


6. 5s and HousekeepingNo non-Conformance
