Job Title: Deputy Manager - Human Resources (Group HR)

Position Overview:



The

Deputy Manager - HR (Group HR)

will be responsible for managing and executing complete HR operations for all group companies under Yazdani Group. The role requires strong experience in HR operations, payroll, compliance, administration, audit support, and employee relations. The incumbent will act as a vital link between corporate and plant HR activities and ensure seamless integration and efficiency in HR processes across locations.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Onboarding



Manage

end-to-end recruitment

for all group companies (HO and plant locations). Approve shortlisted candidates from management and issue

LOIs via email

. Responsible for induction of new employees, completing

joining formalities

, and maintaining

employee master data & personal files

. Draft and issue

appointment letters

with appropriate

compensation structure

.

Employee Data & HRMIS Management



Maintain employee files (physical & digital), and regularly update

HRMIS

. Track recruitment, EPF/ESI/PT status, salary, attendance, leave, absenteeism, late coming, canteen & mobile deductions, attrition, etc.

Payroll, Deductions & Compliance



Preparation of monthly salary sheets (Executive, Non-Executive, Drivers) for all units including

YSPL, YIPL, SCPL, MMA

. Manage deductions:

EPF, ESI, PT, TDS, Advance, canteen

etc. Generate and file

EPF & ESI challans

for all locations and coordinate with the

accounts department

for timely payment. Prepare

monthly payment sheets

,

bonus statements

,

salary slips

, and

full & final settlement

reports.

Performance Management & Appraisals



Prepare

PMS formats and appraisal records

. Conduct

monthly and yearly reviews

. Handle

compensation revisions

, prepare

increment and promotion letters

, and manage performance-based pay changes.

Exit Formalities



Coordinate exit processes including

clearance

,

F&F settlement

,

relieving & experience letters

. Responsible for processing

exit calculations

and documentation for all companies including mines.

Statutory & Audit Compliance



Ensure

monthly, quarterly, and annual HR compliances

(PF, ESI, PT, Bonus). Prepare data and coordinate with the

actuarial team

for yearly valuation. Submit HR audit documents to

accounts and auditors

as required. Liaise with government departments and

provide data to authorities

.

Administration (Corporate & Plant)



Manage

general administration

of HO and coordinate office requirements. Oversee

vendor management

: invoice processing, vendor payments (security, internet, IDCO, fooding, etc.). Monitor

IT professional's activities

and support smooth functioning. Handle

stationery and office supplies orders

, CUG, internet, lease line connections. Plan

travel bookings

, hotel arrangements, and vehicle coordination during audits.

Health, Safety & Welfare



Organize

annual health checkups

,

safety training

at plant sites in coordination with the safety officer. Track

attendance, leave rosters, and expense

for HO and plant employees.

Liaisoning & External Coordination



Liaise with

IDCO, security agencies

, and other vendors as required. Maintain professional communication with

govt. agencies and occupiers

.

Employee Engagement & Miscellaneous



Prepare and update:

Annual calendar & diary

Employee note sheets & work orders

Printing of envelopes, letterheads

, etc. Execute

tasks assigned by Chairman, MD, Directors & CFOs

on priority. Ensure regular

attendance reports

(daily/per hour/per day) are shared with management. Coordinate and ensure

timely updates in leave rosters

.

Required Skills & Competencies



Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll & statutory compliance Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Proficient in MS Excel, HRMIS, and documentation Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential data with integrity Strong coordination between departments and locations

Qualifications



MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a group company setup
