Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
Develop and implement strategic hiring plans in consultation with the HR Head.
Build and expand a sustainable sourcing network and lead employer branding initiatives. * Coordinate with teams across the organization to assess staffing requirements and maintain an updated Recruitment Tracker.
