Manage workforce planning and organizational design initiatives.

Oversee PMS cycles, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and calibration.
Integrate PMS with compensation and career progression frameworks for both lateral and campus hires.
Deploy digital PMS platforms for real-time tracking and analytics (e.g., COMPORT, Project SAKSHAM).
3. Compensation & Rewards
Implement Total Rewards strategy, including salary benchmarking, bonus cycles, and incentive schemes.
Ensure differentiation for Hi-Po and critical talent pools (market positioning).
Conduct job evaluations and manage annual compensation reviews.
Ensuring the Compport / PMS tool is executed and managed well.
4. Campus Hiring & Early Careers
Lead Cadre Programs (GET, MT, AALP) with structured onboarding and induction.
Collaborate with SMEs for functional training and external partners for campus-to-corporate workshops.
Build career pathways for campus hires through IDPs and mentorship.
Qualifications: MBA HR from Tier One/Two institute with 8-10 yrs of experience in HR function OR Graduate with 12 plus years of experience in HR function.
