We are looking for an

Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - HR

with good experience in

payroll, statutory compliance, and HR generalist activities

.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle

monthly payroll processing

accurately and on time Manage

statutory compliance

: PF, ESIC, LWF, PT Coordinate and support

factory inspections

and statutory audits Handle

vendor audits

and follow-up actions Create and update

HR policies and SOPs

Manage

HR generalist activities

(joining, exit, employee records) Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams Ensure compliance with

labour laws and factory rules

Support management in HR-related activities
Skills & Requirements:

5 to 8 years of experience in

HR, Payroll & Compliance

Strong knowledge of

PF, ESIC, PT, LWF & Factory Act

Experience in

manufacturing / factory environment

preferred Good communication and coordination skills Knowledge of

MS Excel and HR systems


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?38,000.00 - ?43,000.00 per month
