Monitoring BGV initation (Pre-onboarding,Post-onboarding & internal movements) for lateral and Bulk hiring for PAN india


Validating trackers (Pre & post BGV, BGV status, RED case).


Validating the invoice annexure and Initating the BGV invoice for payment process.


Supporting and providing Artifacts to the Auditors


Valadating BGV provisions to Finance team on montly basis

Insurance

Handling Adhoc reports requriment from Management


InsurancePreparing Monthly Addition/deletions for policies (GMC,GPA,GTL,WC,Topup)


Dependents enrollment for new joiners and employees moved from ESIC to GMC


Handling queries from employees and ER team received to insurance-india@sagilityhealth.com generic mailbox


Maintaining Master trackers for all polices.


Intimation and initation of employee death claim and follow up to release the claim amount to nominee.


Monitoring Cashless and Reimbrusment GMC claims.


Processing insuance premium payment for all policies with finance team.


Validating insurance provisionals to Finance team.


Handling Adhoc reports requriment from Management
