Experience: 8 to 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in HR, preferably in Corporate HR
Desired Qualifications: MBA :

Joining formalities, Induction process as per defined timelines.
Co-ordination with Corporate HR & Sales HR to excel people service delivery within TAT.
Provide payroll inputs, to corporate HR team, timely closure of Full & Final settlement, Gratuity, Bonus etc.
Co-ordinate with L & D team to execute Training interventions as per Training plan.
Oversee Employee Engagement activities as per calendar & gauge engagement score.
Sharing inputs pertaining to HR MIS timely basis.
Hand on experience on Statutory Compliance.
