Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and job applications and conduct initial phone screenings
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts
Maintain and update recruitment reports and dashboards
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Participate in employer branding activities and campus hiring initiatives
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Qualifications
MBA .( Human Resources)
Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a senior position.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven experience in handling complex employee relations issues.
