Role & responsibilities



Contribute to developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with hospital objectives. Analyze HR data and metrics to inform strategic decisions. Oversee recruitment for clinical and non-clinical staff. Develop and implement talent management programs. Foster a positive work culture and high employee engagement.- Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts. Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
