Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters, including grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns, and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Advise management on labor laws, regulations, and best practices related to employee relations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment and minimize conflict.
  • Represent the company in negotiations with labor unions, if applicable, and assist in the collective bargaining process.
  • Provide training to managers and supervisors on effective employee relations strategies and techniques.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics related to employee relations, and identify trends or areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee relations issues and actions taken.
  • Collaborate with other HR professionals to ensure consistency and alignment with overall HR strategy and objectives.
