• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for frontline and leadership roles
• Screening, shortlisting, and conducting interviews for open positions
• Leading offer management, negotiations, and onboarding procedures
• Designing and implementing recruitment strategies for talent acquisition goals
• Promoting employer branding and enhancing candidate experience
• Providing periodic recruitment reports and analytics to leadership

• MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute
• 4-6 years of relevant HR/recruitment experience in BFSI/Insurance preferred
• Proficiency in recruitment sourcing, selection, and onboarding processes
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of employment laws and compliance norms
