HR Generalist

- Deputy Manager at AKA Logistics manages daily HR tasks for logistics teams, focusing on hiring drivers/warehouse staff and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment:

Analyze jobs, source via Naukri/LinkedIn, screen (calls/videos), test skills, offer jobs, onboard with logistics training.

Employee Relation

: Open-door help, fix disputes (per law), run shift events/surveys, do exit interviews to cut turnover.

Compliance:

File ESIC/EPF/PT monthly, audits, Shops Act/POSH, transport rules, protect driver data.

Performance Management: KPI reviews (delivery time), feedback, promotions, safety/forklift training.

Payroll: Track attendance/biometrics, OT pay, insurance, seasonal budgets.

Qualifications

Education: B.Com/BBA/BA (HR)/ MBA.

Experience: 8-10 years.
