We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate should be a people-centric professional with a strong understanding of HR practices and the ability to align HR strategy with business goals.
? Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
? Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement programs.
? Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
? Address and resolve employee grievances or disciplinary matters.
? Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
? Act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring smooth communication and trust.
? Develop onboarding programs that integrate new hires effectively.
? Coordinate documentation, training, and orientation.
? Manage exit interviews and offboarding process.
