Job Title: Deputy Manager, Network Windows Server Management (Plant Level)

Job Summary: The Deputy Manager of Network Windows Server Management is responsible for overseeing the network infrastructure and Windows server environments at the plant level. This role involves managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring the stability, security, and performance of the plant\'s network and server systems.




Key Responsibilities:




Plant-Level Network Management:


Design, implement, and maintain the network infrastructure specific to the plant, ensuring connectivity, reliability, and security.


Collaborate with corporate IT teams to align plant-level network configurations with overall organizational standards.




Windows Server Management:


Lead the planning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows server environments within the plant.


Ensure the security, stability, and optimal performance of Windows servers at the plant level.




End User Support:


He will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to end-users, ensuring the seamless operation of their hardware, software, and applications




Team Leadership:


Manage and lead a team of third part at plant level


Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.




Collaboration with Plant Operations:


Work closely with plant operations teams to understand specific business requirements and integrate them into network and server configurations.


Support plant-level applications and systems requiring network and server resources.




Security and Compliance:


Implement and enforce security measures specific to the plant to protect the network and server infrastructure.


Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards at the plant level.




Capacity Planning for the Plant:


Conduct capacity planning for network and server resources specific to the plant\'s operational needs.


Recommend and implement upgrades to hardware and software as required by plant-level activities.




Documentation:


Develop and maintain documentation for plant-level network and server configurations, processes, and procedures.


Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant plant-level team members.




Qualifications and Skills:


Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.


Proven experience in managing network infrastructure and Windows server environments at the plant level.


Strong leadership and team management skills.


In-depth knowledge of plant-level network protocols, server technologies, and security best practices.


Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is desirable.


Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.




Certifications: Relevant certifications such as MCSE (Microsoft Certified: Server Infrastructure), CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), or similar certifications are preferred.
